The vegetables are usually picked from her garden assisted by the people who want to experience the whole process. Most of the food is cooked in clay pots to enhance flavours and preserve the natural goodness. Guests have the opportunity of assisting with the cooking process, if they wish. The cooked food is then served on the premises.

This is the fourth year of growing our fruit and vegetables. I am constantly experimenting and growing vegetables and herbs that are mostly used in Sri Lankan cuisine. We produce our own herbal teas, curry powder, jams and chutneys.

Visitors could also purchase locally grown and home made products (when in season). We cater for a minimum of four and maximum of twenty. Groups are more than welcome to make a booking to celebrate that special occasion.

Visitors could also participate in the cooking experience and learn how to cook the Sri Lankan way for an added cost and you will need to come prepared to stay longer. The cooked food must be consumed on the premises.
